David Doran and William Greenlee gave presentations at this World Bank Group (WBG) and International Hydropower Association’s (IHA) workshops. The workshops’ objectives included exchange and acquisition of knowledge in the energy and water sectors and the acceleration of the hydropower development in Myanmar. William’s presentation focused on attracting domestic and foreign investors to this new frontier market. David spoke on the legal issues and hurdles as well as the solutions for the development of cross-border hydropower projects.
