Walter Heiser will be a speaker at the PPPs for Infrastructure Development in the Lao PDR conference on 16 September in Vientiane. The workshop of the United Nations economic and social commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) geared towards Lao government officials. Walter’s presentation will focus on PPP projects in the energy sector and challenges encountered from a legal, institutional and financial perspective. Furthermore, he will present on lessons learnt.
