Mr. Sarin is a highly experienced US-trained lawyer with a license to practice law in Cambodia. He has extensive expertise including commercial and intellectual property law, banking and finance, real estate and construction, litigation, dispute resolution, employment, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and legal reform for equitable socio-economic development in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sarin has advised a wide range of international financial institutions such as the United Nations Agencies (UNIDO, UNV, UNDP, UNOPS), the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, AUSAID, USAID, SIDA, CIDA, and IDRC of Canada, to provide legal counsel to various key Ministries of the Royal Government of Cambodia. In private practice, he represented several multinational companies and international law firms.
Currently, Mr. Sarin is the Senior and Managing Partner of Sarin & Associates, a reputable law firm registered in the Bar of the Kingdom of Cambodia and in commercial cooperation with DFDL.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sarin has authored numerous publications and co-edited consolidated Compendia of Cambodian Law in both Khmer and English. He has made significant contributions to the development of commercial and intellectual property law.
