Prior to joining Nusantara DFDL Partnership, David worked at a prominent law firm in Jakarta, where he advised on foreign direct investment, cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring for public and private entities. He conducted legal due diligence with a focus on technology and media companies and advised on corporate formation, funding strategies, and regulatory compliance matters for technology clients.
David is admitted to the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). He holds an LL.M. from Cornell Tech – Cornell Law School in Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Law (cum laude) from Universitas Pelita Harapan.
