Davy is currently working as a Co-Head of Real Estate and Construction Practice Group attached to Cambodian Real Estate and Construction Practice Group of DFDL Cambodia.

With 14 years of experience, her areas of expertise extend to private laws, environmental, construction, land, commercial laws, real estate development, and special economic zone regulations.

She also vast experience in managing land holding company registration, providing legal advice on land holding structure, trust arrangement, conducting due diligence on real estate properties, environmental, factory and construction related matters for share acquisition and IPO projects, drafting land sale and purchase agreements, long-term/short-term lease agreements and security agreements, and security registration with relevant government authorities.

She has also involved in several project financing acting as legal consultant in preparation of security documents and registration over the immovable properties with multi-million-dollar loans, and advised on real estate development projects, restructuring of landholding companies with multi-million-dollar immovable properties in Cambodia.
