Etienne is a French business adviser based in DFDL Bangkok office, and the Head of DFDL’s Corporate Advisory Practice. Etienne’s main areas of expertise are in M&A, corporate finance and business development, with over 8 years of experience working across Asian countries.

As a former trade adviser at the French Embassy in Thailand, Etienne has serviced SMEs, startups and MNCs in their market entry strategy and business development efforts. Later in his capacity of VP Asia for an M&A advisory firm, he has been directly involved in various deal origination and execution works, covering buy-side, sell-side and capital raising. During these years, Etienne has developed an extensive network of corporate contacts, institutional investors and financial advisory firms across Southeast Asia, China and Europe.

Etienne holds Master Degrees in Management and Humanities from the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and the Ecole Normale Superieure de Lyon. He currently serves as co-president of La French Tech Bangkok and speaks English, French, Mandarin and Thai.
