Ayu is a Legal Adviser at Nusantara DFDL Partnership. Her practice focuses on Dispute Resolution, Restructuring, Corporate & M&A, and Employment. She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including commercial disputes, corporate transactions, employment issues, intellectual property protection, and regulatory compliance.
Ayu has represented clients in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, intellectual property, bankruptcy, and criminal proceedings before Indonesian courts and regulatory authorities. She has assisted clients across various industries with dispute resolution, debt settlement, trademark protection, legal risk management, and corporate advisory matters.
Prior to joining Nusantara DFDL Partnership, Ayu practiced with leading Indonesian law firms, where she gained substantial experience in both litigation and corporate advisory work. She is licensed to practice law in Indonesia and is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
