Julie is French-Cambodian and is the Head of the Cambodia EU Desk and consultant at DFDL Cambodia. She began her career at a law firm in France, advising clients on commercial matters. Her experience in Cambodia extends further to corporate, commercial, and real estate.

In addition to her legal expertise, Julie worked in the business development team of a leading Swiss market expansion services provider, where she negotiated commercial terms for distribution contracts with international pharmaceutical companies. She previously held the position of Business Development Director at DFDL Cambodia, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives, enhanced the firm's market presence, built partnerships with local and foreign business chambers and trade delegations, and led the marketing and communications team while overseeing the organization of DFDL Cambodia’s events.

She holds a Bachelor of Private Law and a Master of Political Science from Capitole University in Toulouse, France, and a Master of International Business Law from the Jean Moulin University (Lyon, France) Campus in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Julie is also the Vice-Chair of the European Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (Eurocham) and a board member at the French Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (ASEAN Representative). She speaks French, English and Khmer.
