Khanh Le is a Senior Legal Adviser based in DFDL's Hanoi office, where his practice centres on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, investment, and technology, media and telecommunications matters in Vietnam.
Before joining DFDL, Khanh built his experience at a number of domestic law firms, advising on domestic and cross-border transactions spanning share and asset acquisitions, project transfer M&A, and investments in high-growth sectors including fintech, payment solution, e-commerce, and renewable energy.
Khanh brings a commercially focused and pragmatic perspective to client matters, underpinned by a thorough command of Vietnam's legal and regulatory landscape.
