Shihab, a Senior Associate at DFDL Bangladesh, is a transactional lawyer based in Dhaka. With over eight years of legal practice in Bangladesh, Shihab has earned recognition for advising on complex, high-value transactions across sectors including banking and finance, corporate advisory, infrastructure, telecommunications, logistics, and real estate.

His experience spans a wide range of transactions, including large-scale mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, and project financing involving international banks and DFIs. Shihab is known for his ability to help clients navigate Bangladesh’s intricate regulatory and financial frameworks, offering strategic legal counsel that aligns with their commercial goals.
