Puthipanha is a Deputy Tax Manager at DFDL Cambodia with over 10 years of specialized experience in business registration, tax advise, tax compliance and tax audit.
Puthipanha holds a bachelor’s in accounting and a master's in Business Management from the Royal University of Law and Economics.
Currently, she is further expanding the expertise by pursuing a Dual Master of Laws (LLM) in Digital Law at RULE and Aix-Marseille University and an ACCA qualification at CamED Business School.
