Ratana is a Senior Consultant in Real Estate and Construction Practice based at DFDL Phnom Penh's office.

He has vast experiences in real estate, corporate matters, and commercial contracts. His expertise also includes construction-related matters and he has advised on numerous industrial and residential developments in Cambodia.

His has been significantly involved in commercial disputes with court arbitration, as well as the collection of the estate before Cambodian courts.

Prior to joining DFDL, he accumulated extensive experience in matters pertaining to the Special Economic Zone by spending nine years with Phnom Penh SEZ, a leading SEZ developer in Cambodia.

Ratana has a Master Degree in Private Law from Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh.
