Vathana is a Senior Consultant of Corporate and Commercial Practice based in the DFDL's Phnom Penh office.

Vathana works with a broad range of clients on single and multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, market entry advice, labour, social security, immigration law and commercial law.

She also provides interpretation and advisory in a wide range of sectors including healthcare, tourism, hospitality, food, beverages and education. Her experience also covers management of corporate, labour, and specific licensing issues in the M&A and IPO projects.

Vathana has previously worked at the Arbitration Council Foundation, where she provided direct arbitration services to Arbitrators in labour dispute cases.

She holds an LL.M. (Transnational law and Business University, Seoul), LL.B. (Royal University of Law and Economics, Phnom Penh) and B.Ed – English (Royal University of Phnom Penh).
