Sunkheang is a Tax Manager based in DFDL’s Phnom Penh office. With more than five years of experience, he has been involved in a wide range of tax engagements, including tax compliance, advisory assignments, and tax audits. His experience spans multiple sectors such as manufacturing, trading and distribution, real estate and construction, telecommunications, and financial services. He regularly supports both local and international clients in navigating Cambodian tax regulations and ensuring effective tax risk management.
He holds two Bachelor’s degrees—a Bachelor of Economics from Paññãsãstra University of Cambodia and a Bachelor of International Studies from the Institute of Foreign Languages. He also completed his Master’s degree in Commerce at Charles Sturt University, Australia.
