DFDL Vietnam is proud to have advised Eastern Power Group Public Company Limited, a Thailand-based renewable energy company, in a multi-million US$ financing transactions with the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), Tay Ho Branch.
These financing transactions will fund two key renewable energy projects in Vietnam. The credit facility agreements were officially signed in October 2025, marking a significant milestone in EP Group’s continued commitment to development of Vietnam’s renewable energy sector.
The transactions further strengthen DFDL Vietnam’s track record in advising on renewable energy and project finance matters in Vietnam.
