DFDL Vietnam assisted VinaCapital on its block sale of Vinamilk shares for a value of 3.6mn*US$5.81, on the documentation of VinaCapital’s dealings with the buyer and the broker (HSC), including in relation to complex trading mechanisms that were contemplated for the trade. The deal was led by Jerome Buzenet and Hoang Phong Anh.
F&N Dairy Investment (F&N) purchased over 15mn Vinamilk shares valued at over USD 87M (average price of USD 5.81 per share), of which 11.4 million shares came from Dragon Capital and 3.6 million from VinaCapital, increasing F&N’s stake in Vietnam from 9.54% to 11.04%.
