Bin Hau has assisted in numerous cross border transactions including corporate restructuring exercises, foreign initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions. His exposure also includes matters in relation to the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre.

Bin Hau started his career in legal practice in a top tier Beijing-based law firm in China as foreign legal counsel. He then joined the largest law firm in Malaysia in 2016 and was eventually made a partner specialises in corporate & commercial. As a key member of China Desk, he has also assisted many Chinese clients on their investments abroad into ASEAN. He was named Rising Star Partner by IFLR1000 Lawyer in the 2022 rankings.
