Clement Palos is an experienced legal advisor who specializes in assisting European and French-speaking clients with their investment projects in the Asia-Pacific region, with a particular emphasis on Thailand and the Mekong area.

His areas of focus include general contractual and corporate work across a wide range of industries, but he has a particular interest in the natural resources and agribusiness sectors.

Clement Palos received his legal education from the University of Montpellier and the University of Paris 5, where he completed his master’s degree in international business law.

He also holds a LL.M from the University of Durham and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2013. Prior to joining DFDL in 2023, Clement gained significant experience working for international law firms in France, where he developed expertise in mining projects within Sub-Saharan Africa. Additionally, he has experience working in the Lao PDR, Singapore and Thailand, where he has assisted foreign investors with their projects in these countries.
