Davy Kong is a Partner at DFDL Cambodia with over 18 years of experience advising on real estate, land law, construction, environmental regulations, commercial law, trust law, and special economic zone matters. She advises investors, developers, NGOs, and financial institutions on complex transactions, including landholding structures, trust arrangements, hotel management agreements, and large-scale real estate developments. Her experience extends to legal due diligence for real estate, mining, M&A, and IPO projects, as well as environmental, factory, and construction compliance matters. Davy is also highly experienced in drafting and negotiating land sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, security documents, and overseeing the registration of security interests with relevant government authorities. In addition, she has played a significant role in numerous project financings, advising on the preparation of security packages and the security registration in connection with multi-million-dollar financing transactions.
Davy was featured in the inaugural 50 Khmer Women Voices 2026 by Cambodia Leadership Review, a publication recognizing women who are shaping business, innovation, and leadership across Cambodia.

She holds a Master of Private Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia, as well as a Bachelor of English from the Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh. She has also participated in international exchange programs in the United States of America, Japan, and across ASEAN countries.
