Thavy Kang is a Senior Consultant of Corporate and Commercial Practice based in the DFDL's Phnom Penh office.
Thavy works with a broad range of clients on single and multi-jurisdictional corporate compliance, labour, social security, and specific licenses. Her experience also covers of corporate, labour, specific licenses in the M&A projects.
She holds a master’s degree (Royal University of Law and Economics, Phnom Penh) and B.Ed – English (Institute of Foreign Language).
