Marion Carles-Salmon is a French-qualified lawyer specializing in international labor and employment law. She holds two Master’s degrees in Labor and Employment Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon-Assas. Marion has practiced in France (Paris), the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), and the Netherlands (Amsterdam) before joining DFDL.

She advises clients on a wide range of local labor and employment matters, including hiring and termination, working time regulations, health and safety, reorganizations, HR investigations, executive-level employment issues, and management compensation packages. She also provides guidance on data protection issues related to HR and employment.

In addition, Marion supports clients with cross-border employment matters such as expatriation, intra-group employee transfers, and employment issues in mergers and acquisitions. She has developed significant experience advising clients in the IT, hospitality, and energy sectors
