Vandana is the Head of the Transfer Pricing practice at DFDL, where she brings extensive experience advising clients on transfer pricing compliance and documentation requirements across the ASEAN region, including Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.
She works with clients across a wide range of industries to design and implement effective transfer pricing policies, overseeing the preparation of global, regional, and country-specific transfer pricing documentation as well as planning studies.
Vandana also advises clients on transfer pricing audits and defense matters throughout the ASEAN region. She has also been recognized as the ITR Women in Tax Leader and a Notable Practitioner.
Vandana is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She also holds a master's degree in commerce.
